Nicole Werner, born in Lübeck, has more than 20 years of professional experience in the museum sector: as a staff member at the Buddenbrookhaus and the Günter Grass-Haus, at Lübecker Museen, at Hamburger Kunsthalle and at European Hansemuseum, where she worked in sales and marketing.
She studied Cultural Studies at FernUniversität in Hagen and graduated in 2019 with a bachelor's thesis on Lübecker Literaturtreffen. She is currently completing a part-time Masters in Cultural Management at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg.
Since November 2023, Nicole Werner has been working as an assistant to the director of the Brahms-Institut at the University of Music Lübeck, where she is also responsible for editorial tasks, press and public relations, and event management at the Villa Brahms.
